Meet Surabhi (Su) Sharma, our newest Client Teams Administrator. Surabhi started with the Nexis team in Canberra in April 2023.
Su’s role involves processing clients’ tax returns, corresponding with clients on tax queries and helping the team with invoices and client information. She saw this role at Nexis as the perfect combination of her accounting skills and passion for learning.
She loves the Nexis team’s passion for clients and for delivering the best for each one.
We sat down with Surabhi to find out more about her.
Family is important
For Su, the people who inspire her the most are her mum and dad. They have set the perfect example of never giving up; even the biggest challenges can be overcome if you have the will.
When asked which three people, living or dead, she would want to have dinner with and why Surabhi couldn’t go past her mum, dad, and sister, and she couldn’t leave out her brother.
Morning is always better
As a self-proclaimed morning person, Su loves starting her morning with yoga and peaceful meditation. She loves being out in nature, and this flows through her personality; when she was asked if she were a crayon, what colour would she be, she couldn’t go past the colour green as it represents nature.
Her secret power is creativity
Creating is a big passion for Su, and one thing not many people will know about her is that she composes poems.
