After years of ATO documents being printed, scanned and faxed, the introduction of ATO SmartDocs means that Nexis Accountants will now be providing you with ATO correspondence via a secure link for you to view and download.
Access to all relevant ATO documents will be password protected with a secure pin number sent to you via text message. These changes will increase the speed of you receiving ATO correspondence and ensure that you are not waiting for Australia Post to arrive.
In order for the new system to work smoothly, we need to ensure our client details, in particular their email and mobile number, are correct (and up to date) so please contact us to update them if you haven’t recently received a phone call from a Nexis team member.
